At Amidatsu, we strive to deliver your Anime and Christianity-inspired clothing to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review our shipping policy below for details on delivery times, costs, and more.
1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship Worldwide. If your country isn’t listed, feel free to contact us at assistdojo.amidatsu@gmail.com to inquire about availability.
2. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is confirmed.

During peak seasons or sales, processing times may be slightly longer. We’ll notify you if there are any delays. Make sure to follow our socials for any updates!
3. Shipping Options and Costs
We offer the following shipping options:

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier delays. (BUT WE ARE FAST!)
4. International Shipping

Delivery Time: 3-7 business days for US Orders. 3-15 for other amazing countries, but it all depends on the destination and varies by carrier.

Customs and Duties: International customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties. These charges are not included in the order total and are determined by your country's customs and postal office.
5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. Keep in mind that we are still working on this feature!

6. Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. Amidatsu is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If you need to update your shipping address, contact us immediately at assistdojo.amidatsu@gmail.com. We can only modify the address before the order has been processed and packaged.
7. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact your local post office or carrier for assistance.

Amidatsu is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. We have no control over that. We hope you find it though :)
8. Delays
While we do our best to deliver your order on time, delays may occur due to:

Carrier delays or customs hold-ups (for international orders).

9. Returns and Exchanges
If you need to return or exchange an item, please refer to our Return Policy for details. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent).
