Amidatsu Shipping Policy (Last Updated 02/01/26)

At Amidatsu, we strive to deliver your Anime and Christianity-inspired clothing to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review our shipping policy below for details on delivery times, costs, and more.

1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to the United States, but we can ship worldwide. If your country isn’t listed, feel free to contact us at assistdojo.amidatsu@gmail.com to inquire about availability.

2. Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1-3 business days for premade orders (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is confirmed.

• During peak seasons or sales, processing times may be slightly longer. We’ll notify you if there are any delays. Make sure to follow our socials for any updates!

3. What is a Preorder?

Preorder items are products that are not yet in stock but are available for purchase in advance. These items will be clearly marked as "Preorder" on the product page.

• Processing Time: Preorder items have extended processing times and will ship according to the estimated date listed on the product page (typically 3-7 weeks from the order date, but this may vary).
• Shipping Timeline: Once your preorder item is ready, it will ship using your selected shipping method. Standard shipping times apply after the item is dispatched. 
• Mixed Orders: If your order contains both in-stock and preorder items, your entire order will ship together once all items are available. If you'd like your in-stock items shipped immediately, please place separate orders.
• Updates: We'll keep you informed via email and our socials about your preorder status. Follow our socials for the latest updates on preorder releases!

3. Shipping Options and Costs

We offer the following shipping options:

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier delays. (BUT WE ARE FAST!)

Preorder: From purchase to production, allow 3–7 weeks for your garment to be crafted with intention, received by our team, and delivered to you—clean, prepared, and ready.

Premade: Shipping takes around 3-7 Business Days to arrive at your doorstep for US orders. 
3-15 Business days for international orders, but we are fast! :)

4. International Shipping

• Delivery Time: 3-7 business days for US Orders. 3-15 for other amazing countries, but it all depends on the destination and varies by carrier. 

• Customs and Duties: International customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties. These charges are not included in the order total and are determined by your country's customs and postal office.

5. Order Tracking

• Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. Keep in mind that we are still working on this feature!

• If you don’t receive a tracking email within 5 business days, please check your spam folder or contact us at assistdojo.amidatsu@gmail.com

6. Shipping Address

• Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. Amidatsu is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

• If you need to update your shipping address, contact us immediately at assistdojo.amidatsu@gmail.com. We can only modify the address before the order has been processed and packaged.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

• If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact your local post office or carrier for assistance.

• Amidatsu is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. We have no control over that. We hope you find it though :)

8. Delays

While we do our best to deliver your order on time, delays may occur due to:

• High order volumes during sales or holidays.

• Inclement weather or natural disasters.

• Carrier delays or customs hold-ups (for international orders).

If your order is significantly delayed, we’ll notify you via email & social media with updates and alerts.

9. Returns and Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer returns or exchanges. Please refer to our Return Policy for important details and additional information.
