What is the return policy?
We want you to love every piece you order from Amidatsu. At this time, we do not offer exchanges or refunds. We stand by the quality of our garments and take great care in every piece we produce. If you have any concerns with your order, please reach out to us—your satisfaction and comfort remain our priority.
Are any purchases final sale?
We are unable to accept returns on items marked "Final Sale."
These will be carefully marked before purchase.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Preorder: From purchase to production, allow 3–7 weeks for your garment to be crafted with intention, received by our team, and delivered to you—clean, prepared, and ready.

Premade: Shipping takes around 3-7 Business Days to arrive at your doorstep for US orders.
3-15 Business days for international orders, but we are fast! :)
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are manufactured globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are of high quality and a fair value. We also ensure that our manufacturing partners are working in proper conditions in clean factory spaces!
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
