1. Copyright Infringement Notification
If you believe that your copyrighted work (e.g., anime character designs, artwork, or logos) has been copied or used without authorization on our website, social media, or products, please submit a written DMCA notice to our designated agent. Your notice must include (If you are an artist of one of the designs, kindly just send an email with your artwork as proof and we can negotiate what needs to be done):
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative.
- Identification of the copyrighted work (e.g., links to original anime artwork, character designs, or descriptions).
- A description of the infringing material and its location on our platform (e.g., product images, website pages, or social media posts).
- Your contact information (name, address, phone number, and email).
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorized.
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.

2. Counter-Notification Process
If your content was removed due to a DMCA notice and you believe it was a mistake, you may submit a counter-notification. Include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the removed material and its original location.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that the material was removed due to error or misidentification.
- Your contact information and consent to jurisdiction.
We will forward your counter-notice to the original complainant. If they do not file a lawsuit within 10 business days, we may restore the material.
3. Repeat Infringer Policy
Amidatsu reserves the right to terminate accounts or partnerships with users who repeatedly infringe copyrights.
