Our Promise to You
We want you to love every piece you order from Amidatsu. If something isn’t perfect, we’ll gladly accept exchanges within 14 days of delivery. (No Refunds Currently)

Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges

Timeframe
- Request exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order.
Condition
- Items must be slightly used, barely worn, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
- Proof of purchase (order number/receipt) is required.

What You Can Return

Defective/Damaged Items: Receive a full replacement for free! (contact us within 14 days).
Wrong Item Sent: We’ll cover return shipping and send the correct item for free! (contact us within 14 days)

Non-Returnable Items

Final Sale Items: Marked “Final Sale” or purchased during clearance.
Worn/Used Items: Items showing signs of moderate to intense wear, washing, or damage after delivery.
Undergarments/Swimwear: For hygiene reasons.

How to Return

Contact Us: Email [assistdojo.amidatsu@gmail.com] with your order number, item details, and reason for return.
Return/Exchange Authorization: We’ll approve your request and provide a return address.
Ship Your Item:
- Securely package the item and ship it.
- Return Shipping Costs: Customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent).

Important Notes

Lost/Stolen Packages: We’re not responsible for packages marked “delivered” by the carrier. Contact your local carrier for assistance.
Policy Updates: We may modify this policy periodically. Changes apply only to purchases made after the revision date.
Your Rights: This policy doesn’t override statutory consumer protections.
